In addition to leading the multi-billion dollar firm Barings, LLC, for 12 years, Thomas “Tom” Finke possesses more than three decades of experience in banking and loan management. Thomas Finke is also a graduate of the esteemed Duke University Fuqua School of Business, the top-ranked business school in North Carolina.
In the 2021 U.S. News & World Report rankings, the Fuqua School of Business is listed as the No. 12 business school in the nation and the highest-scoring business school in its state. The school is highly selective and only accepts one out of every five applicants. Successful candidates have a median GMAT score of 710 and at least five years of work experience.
Following graduation, 94 percent of Fuqua alumni are employed and earning far above their previous salary.
